Square 1 Processing FFE.
The Square 1 Processing enhanced evaporation system is designed to meet every client’s power needs within its limits. Capable of evaporation rates from 20 gallons per hour to up to 50 gallons per hour. Constructed from SS304, fully tig welded and electropolished for protection against a broad spectrum of corrosive compounds.
Process Pumps
The Square 1 FFE is equipped with three magnetic gear pumps that are UL. listed for C1D1 environments. The pumps are capable of variable speeds upon demand and would need a VFD for each pump motor. Pumps are made in Italy, constructed of SS316 with PTFE seals and PEEK gears for long life span and limited maintenance requirements. Pumps can be equipped with either single phase or three phase voltage motors.
The Square 1 Processing FFE can be customized in a number of ways in order to meet our clients’ needs. Customization and completion of set up will affect the final cost of the unit..Because it is all dependent on the available power, before purchase of the unit you would need to know the power available for it to be built with the correct equipment including gear pump motors, chillers, heaters, and fluid circulation pump. This is due to the fact that not all industrial power is the same. The Square 1 Processing team is here to assist you with anything you may need help with along the way. For maximum efficiency of this FFE unit you would need a minimum of Three Phase 460v power.
Training
Square 1 Processing includes on site training and set up with every purchase of any products to ensure correct operation and maximum efficiency of the equipment. To ensure that the setup goes smoothly, blueprints or a physical walk through of the facility or location where the equipment is going to be used, would be best.

Shipping Time
Our main warehouse is located near Los Angeles, you can use the map below to estimate delivery time. Most orders ship one business day after the order is placed, then the transit days will follow. Below the map you will find exceptions to these rules for certain products.
Some items we sell may be warehoused in Amazon's warehouses across the US. If the item you order happens to be in on of their warehouses it will generally arrive in 3 days. If you need to know about a specific item please feel free to contact us and we'll let you know.
Larger and heavier items have to be shipped via LTL Freight. LTL shipments tend to take longer to arrive, but they have the benefit of being much safer for heavy and delicate items. If your order has to be shipped by LTL Freight we will contact you to find out if the delivery address is a residential or commercial address, and whether a loading dock or forklift is available. The freight company will call you to arrange a delivery appointment, usually a day before.
